Server Upgrade

Due to the inactivity, we may upgrade to v60 which has pirate class.

I or mickey will create and installation file that has v60 if we decide to do this.

A side note: flarems.com is working

flarems.no-ip.org is useless now.

I think a lot more people would join if we had v.60.
It's a good idea.
and yeah im looking through every forum and commenting every interesting one because i cant play flare ms ._.
